Zaid is at the forefront of AKI's next chapter of growth and transformation, leading AKI's overall strategic direction, delivering our ambitious growth vision and driving our continual evolution. Building on the legacy and founding principles set by Dr Saad, Zaid cultivates a culture of excellence and innovation, empowering teams across AKI to reach new heights. Zaid is an alumnus of Sawyer Business School in Boston, USA.

Doaa has been part of the AKI family since 2018 and as CEO, AKI Pharma and BinSina Pharmacy, is responsible for setting and delivering the growth vision and strategy of our pharmaceutical business. With over two decades' experience across the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries, Doaa has a track record of building motivated and engaged teams to deliver measurable success and meaningful value. He holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, MBA in Marketing and PhD in Change Management from The International University of Missouri (TIU).

Emad's role sees him leading the Fashion business, shaping brand strategies and driving profitability through brand development and expansion. He has over 2 decades of rich experience in Middle East and European market. As a passionate advocate of innovation and customer-centricity, he brings together all customer-facing functions to deliver a harmonised and superior experience across physical stores and digital channels.

Eva drives our people-first agenda, focused on strengthening the high-performance culture across our diverse portfolio of businesses and partnerships. With a career spanning over 25 years across multiple geographies and diverse industries, Eva shares a deep belief in and, passion for, nurturing a purpose-driven organisation, with wellbeing at the heart of every decision.

Hicham heads our specialist in-house legal team and holds responsibility for leading our wider corporate legal strategy to protect AKI's diversified businesses and partnerships. With experience across every aspect of corporate and commercial law including specialist knowledge of construction, technology and dispute resolution, Hicham has previously worked with several family-owned business and law firms across the region.

Jose is responsible for consolidating, building and strengthening AKI's leadership position across our consumer goods business. Since joining the AKI family in 2017, Jose has played a pivotal role in establishing AKI as one of the leading FMCG businesses in the region and trusted partner to some of the world's biggest brands. Jose brings a wealth of global experience in FMCG, across Latin America, Africa, Europe and Middle East, nurturing long-term strategic relationships with partners and customers to generate shared and long-term value.

Malik has been a part of AKI's team for close to three decades, playing a central role in our growth story as a new breed of family business. Under his leadership our environmental and fitness business has thrived covering a wide range of services including waste management, pest control, veterinary services and retail and commercial fitness. Malik also champions our wider commitment and responsibility to promoting well-being for the environment and the communities in which we operate.

An alumnus of University of Southern California and drawing on over 30 years' experience in the medical industry, Monther has been pivotal in scaling the growth of the business into various specialisations. His leadership philosophy is based on empowering his team with the requisite knowledge, values and vision to achieve success. In 2020, Monther was given additional accountability as CEO of the Fitness & Lifestyle business.

Paolo leads our finance function, supporting AKI's growth strategy, and through our 'Future of Finance' framework, working as a partner to our overall operations to help achieve business goals, while driving enhancements in governance and finance process. Paolo's contributions to the finance field have earned him numerous industry awards. His efforts have repositioned the finance function as a value creation partner to achieve business goals while driving enhancements in governance and finance process excellence through an extensive digitalisation programme.

An experienced leader holding senior positions across the construction industry during a 20-year career, Rami ensures GCL implements environmental initiatives with sustainability at the centre. Rami holds a master's degree in engineering management, University of Wollongong and a BSc in Civil Engineering, Damascus University.

In his role as CIO of AKI, Sajid spearheads the digital transformation of the organisation. He leads the integration of business needs and requirements with technology to enhance AKI's competitive edge, creating efficiencies across the organisation. Sajid is a respected technology professional with three decades of experience and multiple awards for his technology leadership in companies across the region.

Samer leads AKI's Supply Chain and Logistics operation, a core competency for AKI, ensuring that processes are fine-tuned to deliver efficiency through digitisation and optimisation. He has over 20 years' experience in the supply chain field across the Middle East and Australia.

As Chief Treasury Officer, Suresh leverages his extensive experience in finance, spanning more than 30 years, to oversee strategic financial planning and banking relationships for AKI. Suresh's expertise covers a variety of industries in high-growth high-pressure environments, covering all facets of finance from strategic planning and financial reporting to IFRS and capital management.

Tariq has been instrumental in driving the growth of AKM in Jordan, reinforcing its position as a prominent player in the country's automotive market. His role involves optimising business processes to boost performance and turnover and delivering AKM's strategic plans. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Jordan.
